STEPHANIE WOODS
Stephanie Woods is a Bronx native; graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Communications. Stephanie is a community activist and sits on Community Board #10 while Co-Chair to the Co-Op City Ad-Hoc Committee. Stephanie has a deep passion for the hip hop culture and holds many awards for her activism. Her awards include a Citation from Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, The Woman of Excellence Award from Councilman Andy King and Community Service Recognition Award from Congressman Eliot Engel. Her photojournalism works have appeared in many NY area publications which include The Harlem Times,The Greater Harlem Chambers of Commerce and published book: "From Hip Hop to Heaven". Stephanie continues to offer her volunteer efforts to many social justice organizations and the arts in the Tri-State area.
